Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and building long-term business relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, channel partners, and government clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination between technical, commercial, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Identify potential clients in automotive, telematics, and IoT sectors including OEMs, transport departments, and large fleet owners.
- Present and promote company products such as IoT Platforms , AI Dashcams, Telematic Devices
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and technical presentations.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial contracts.
- Coordinate with technical and product teams for solution customization, demo setup, and proof-of-concept trials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage pricing and profitability goals.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and government events.
- Maintain CRM entries, sales reports, reporting to senior and pipeline forecasts
Qualifications & Skills
- Btech + MBA, or any Graduation + MBA ( Top 20 college)
- 5–8 years of sales experience in Automotive, IoT, Telematics, or Electronicssectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B / OEM sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel frequently across India
