Key Responsibilities

1. Achieving Sales Turnover:

  • Meet and exceed segment-wise budgets on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth within the assigned territory ( Delhi, Punjab, HP, J&K, Rajasthan).
  • Analyze previous sales performances and strategize for continual growth.

2. Transporter onboarding & Revenue Generation:

  • Onboarding Indian transporters to expand the network for multiple products
  • Create demand and drive revenue generation

3. Brand Building Activities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement brand-building initiatives.
  • Organize and oversee events such as, fleet owner meetups, dealer and sub-dealer meetings, and visual merchandising activities.

4. Business Development & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead generations and service providing to Fleet companies
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, and channel sales.
  • Preferred experience in Fleet/Automotive domains.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in IT tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle uncertainty proactively.
